Trabzonspor Asbaşkanı Hayrettin Hacısalihoğlu, geçen yıl ve önceki yıl yeni bir kadro oluşturmak için çok sayıda oyuncu transfer ettiklerini belirterek, "O zaman yeni bir kadro oluşturuyoruz dememize rağmen, o gün çok sayıda oyuncu alınması birçok kişi tarafından tenkit edilmişti. Şimdi bir kadro oluştu, elimizdeki kadronun bir değeri var. Bazı oyuncular çok isabetli transferler oldu. Şimdi yalnızca ihtiyaç olan bölgelere bir ya da iki oyuncu alınacağı teknik direktörümüz tarafından bize verilen bilgiler içerisinde. Biz de araştırdığımız oyuncular içerisinde alınan oyuncunun direkt oynayabilecek bir futbolcu olmasına özen gösteriyoruz. Oyuncunun hem maddi, hem yapısal özelliklerini inceleyerek daha çok nokta transferler yapmaya çalışacağız" dedi.

Hayrettin Hacısalihoğlu, Semih'in transferine ilişkin olarak, ''Fenerbahçe, Semih konusunda 'Biz bu oyuncuyla çalışmak istemiyoruz' derse o zaman kendisiyle görüşürüz, alırız veya almayız'' dedi.

Hacısalihoğlu, Fenerbahçe Kulübü Başkanı Aziz Yıldırım ve sarı-lacivertli kulübün yönetim kuruluyla dostane ilişkilerinin bulunduğunu belirterek, ''Biz görevde olduğumuz dönemden beri sportif anlamda sürekli centilmen bir tavır sergilediler. Fenerbahçe Kulübü ile karşılıklı olarak bu ilişkiyi dostane bir şekilde yürüttük'' diye konuştu.

Fenerbahçe'nin itilaflı bir oyuncusunu alıp sarı-lacivertli kulüp ile dolaylı da olsa mahkemelik olmaları halinde bugüne kadarki düşüncelerine ters düşeceklerini ifade eden Hacısalihoğlu, şöyle konuştu:
''Çünkü biz Aziz Bey başta olmak üzere yönetim kuruluna, 'Transfer döneminde şu oyuncuya biz talibiz, fiyatı yükseltmezseniz bu konuda yardımcı olur musunuz' dediğimiz zaman gayet anlayışlı davranışlar görmüştük. Biz de bu nedenle birçok transferde daha rahat hareket etme imkanı bulmuştuk. Daha sonraki dönemlerde de hep bu şekilde ilişkilerimiz oldu. Şimdi de tavrımız budur. Şayet Fenerbahçe, 'Biz bu oyuncuyla çalışmak istemiyoruz' derse, biz de teknik kadromuzun isteği ve imkanlarımız ölçüsünde kendisiyle görüşürüz, alırız veya almayız. Bunun haricinde basına intikal eden konular gerçeği yansıtmamaktadır. Kaldı ki başkanımız da bu konuda açık net ifadelerde bulunmuştur ve herkese de o konuda talimat vermiştir.''

"TRANSFERİ EN AZ HATAYLA SONLANDIRMAK İSTİYORUZ"
Transferde hata yapmanın ner zaman mümkük olduğuna dikkat çeken Hacısalihoğlu, "Biz en az hatayla transferi sonlandırmak istiyoruz. Polonyalı stoper oyuncusu Glowacki ile Sırp forvet oyuncusu Panteliç ile ilgili görüşmelerimiz var. Gündemimizde olan oyuncular. Bunlar basına intikal eden oyuncular, bunların dışında da görüştüğümüz ve araştırdığımız isimler var. Transfer konusunda çok fazla acelemiz yok. Daha transfer sezonunun başlamamasına rağmen biz çok araştırma yaptık. Hem forvete, hem defansın göbeğine iki oyuncuyu şimdilik almayı düşünüyoruz. Belki defansa bir yerli ve orta sahaya yabancı bir oyuncu alabiliriz" şeklinde konuştu.

Hacısalihoğlu, "Birçok kulüp, elindeki yabancı oyunculara gelirken de giderken de para ödemek zorunda kalıyor. Özellikle oyuncu giderken ödenen paralara yazık. Futbolcu, şantaj yaparak 'gitmem' diyor ve mecburen kulüpler kontenjanı boşaltmak için para veriyor. TFF'nin vermiş olduğu bu karar sayesinde yabancı oyuncular konusunda sıkıntısı olan kulüpler için bir rahatlama olacaktır" diye konuştu.

Kombine satışlarına değinen Trabzonspor Asbaşkanı Hayrettin Hacısalihoğlu, şunları söyledi:
"Kombine satışları konusunda başkanımızın çok alınganlığı var. Eğer şehrin isteği ve arzusu, heyecanı bizimle aynı paralelde değilse, o zaman transfer için ve takımı daha güçlendirmek için bu kadar gayret yok. O zaman daha mütevazi bir kadroyla lige devam edebiliriz diyor. Bu alınganlıkla söylenmiş bir söz ama içinde realite de var. Trabzon halkı ve sevenlerin kendi ölçüsünde ekonomik olmasa da destek anlamında bu takıma sahip çıkması lazım.
